For General Contracting has been formed in 1399H and registered under CR # 1017000045 in Sulail KSA, ever since its formation it is actively involved in the development of the kingdom and successfully completed construction of many prestigious projects in diversified fields from infrastructures to turnkey solutions from industrial to deluxe types from residential villas to multistoried towers. We open a division of survey work in early 2004. We have completed so many projects with the satisfaction of client and Main contractors. And We expanded our business by Establishing Survey Division and Scaffolding Division and Aluminum Division, Portacabin Division by certified staff of Saudi Aramco.

It covers construction of projects in almost all zones such as residential, commercial, industrial, educational, banking, hospitality, luxurious, art ‘n’ heritage& recreational etc..

After spending 33+years of period in construction Ali-Shaya is now in a position to handle 3 to 5 medium to mega projects at a time in any place within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Ali-Shaya has in-house independent departments to handle the projects as required (i.e. Engineering, Finance, Quality Control, Safety, Technical, Procurement, Accounts & Project Support Service Etc…)
